"Sehr gekonnt und stilsicher z. T. mit Originalen aus der Wiener Sezession eingerichtet. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail auf heutigen Wohnkomfort angepasst. Die Lage spricht für sich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für täglichen Bedarf, Nahverkehr (perfekt!) "um die Ecke". Sehr (!) viel Platz, Betten sehr angenehm, Kücheneinrichtung vollständig. Wir kommen sicher wieder!"

"PROs:   This beautiful duplex apartment in the wine village of Grinzing is perfect for those who want the quiet and peace of a village but also to be within 30 minutes of the city centre of Vienna. (The apartment is 2 minutes from the tram stop at the centre of Grinzing from where regular trams connect directly to the centre of Vienna. Get tickets from the Tabak in the centre of the village and do not forget to validate when you board a tram for the first time.) The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished with many pieces of great design interest. Besides kitchen, living/dining room, balcony and 2 bedrooms there is also a large library with reading area and large smart TV for lazy evenings. Location is also convenient with a café and supermarket just across the road. The village of Grinzing itself, with it's many restaurants and beautiful church, and the surrounding area with walks into the vineyards and hills, and the Beethoven museum kept us busy for our first two days. Checkin and checkout were no problem. Overall, Excellent and we certainly will be returning.
