"This beautiful duplex apartment in the wine village of Grinzing is perfect for those who want the quiet and peace of a village but also to be within 30 minutes of the city centre of Vienna. (The apartment is 2 minutes from the tram stop at the centre of Grinzing from where regular trams connect directly to the centre of Vienna. Get tickets from the Tabak in the centre of the village and do not forget to validate when you board a tram for the first time.) The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished with many pieces of great design interest. Besides kitchen, living/dining room, balcony and 2 bedrooms there is also a large library with reading area and large smart TV for lazy evenings. Location is also convenient with a café and supermarket just across the road. The village of Grinzing itself, with it's many restaurants and beautiful church, and the surrounding area with walks into the vineyards and hills, and the Beethoven museum kept us busy for our first two days. Checkin and checkout were no problem. Overall, Excellent and we certainly will be returning."

"Very skillfully and stylistically confident, partly furnished with originals from the Viennese Secession. With much love to the detail on today's living comfort adapted. The location speaks for itself, shopping facilities for daily needs, local transport (perfect!) "around the corner". Very (!) much space, beds very pleasant, kitchen equipment completely. We will surely come again!"

"Definitely would recommend to stay here. The neighborhood is great, and the location is close to the tram and bus. The appartment was cozy and we immediately felt like at home. You could feel the history in the walls of the appartment. The atmosphere there was really calming us after a long day in the city. The host, Martin, was easy to communicate with and always available. The appartment had everything for a short or a long stay."
